The Liftroller system has been chosen to ensure safer and more efficient handling of materials during the remodelling of the low-rise block at Bredalsmarken 15. Materials and equipment are craned onto the Liftroller Wall and then rolled onto the respective floors quickly and easily.
Bredalsmarken 15, Bergen.
Project: Bredalsmarken 15.
Contractor: OBAS Entreprenør AS
The low-rise building at Bredalsmarken 15 is being rebuilt both internally and externally. 2,700 m2 on the second and third floors are being renovated, and the Liftroller system has been chosen as a logistics solution when moving building materials between floors.
Using the Liftroller system to handle deliveries reduces the amount of time it takes to move building materials from ground level to the various floors. It also reduces strain on the builders since they have to do much less carrying. Packs of plasterboard and other building materials are craned onto the Liftroller Wall and then rolled into the building. This makes the process more efficient, easier and safer.
The interior renovation is due to be completed on 1 November 2021 and the exterior façade in the summer of 2022.
The project has installed a standard size Liftroller Wall combined with a Liftroller Wagon.
